At Vet 24, I have always felt like part of a family. The entire team is incredibly friendly, caring, and supportive.

Dr. Changaray has saved my dog’s life several times, and I will always be grateful for his dedication, professionalism, and care. During my dog’s illness, we had to visit the clinic every day, and the whole team was consistently kind, patient, and helpful, making a very difficult time much easier for us.

The diagnosis was accurate, and I have always felt confident that my dog was in the right hands. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism we received was exceptional.

I brought my 5-month-old red-eared slider turtle to the clinic for an aural abscess, and the procedure was performed on the same day. Thankfully, my turtle recovered well after the surgery and seemed to be doing fine. The receptionist was very kind, friendly, and accommodating. The doctor also briefly explained my turtle’s condition and the necessary procedure and care needed. Dr. Tarek is an excellent veterinarian—very skilled, knowledgeable, and accurate with his diagnosis. I have been dealing with him for years and have followed him through the different clinics he has worked at because I truly trust him and his expertise.

My only feedback is regarding the consultation and follow-up fees, which I find quite high. In some follow-up cases, the diagnosis is already clear and I only need the medication, so paying a full consultation fee every time doesn’t seem necessary. I hope the clinic can consider a more reasonable and flexible follow-up fee for loyal, long-term clients as I was a loyal client from 2021 " RAK  branch"
