Dr. Tarek is an excellent veterinarian—very skilled, knowledgeable, and accurate with his diagnosis. I have been dealing with him for years and have followed him through the different clinics he has worked at because I truly trust him and his expertise. My only feedback is regarding the consultation and follow-up fees, which I find quite high. In some follow-up cases, the diagnosis is already clear and I only need the medication, so paying a full consultation fee every time doesn’t seem necessary. I hope the clinic can consider a more reasonable and flexible follow-up fee for loyal, long-term clients as I was a loyal client from 2021 " RAK  branch"

Thank you very much to vet 24 team for saving our rescue kitten Lucky from the injury he had and also later as turned out he had  parvo. They did their best and he is fine now! Big thanks to Dr. Asad who admitted Lucky when we found him. He was  very helpful  and understanding all the time.  Always answering all our  questions. As we were worried so much.. Also Big thanks  to Dr. Godfrey who did the surgery and also took good care  of Lucky and all the doctors, nurses and receptionists. Everyone was friendly and helpful . Always sending updates in WhatsApp. And it's really great  that  they are working 24/7. As we also found Lucky at night. I dint know what we  would  have done  if no clinic would be open that day as he had a very bad injury. Thank you very much again!💗 Since my previous review, I would also like to thank Dr. Chen, for taking such great care of my cats. Thank you for treating my cat's teeth and for helping manage my other cat's urinary issues. His latest test results were perfect!
